Company News from Talem Home Care
We at Allay Home Care what to let all of our partners out there that help seniors like we do that we are going through a rebranding or name change if you will.
Beginning January 1st, we have enacted a company name change. Our new company name will be Talem Home Care, moving forward. We are still owned by the same great people and we will still be known corporately as Allay Home Care LLC., but we are now d.b.a (doing business as) Talem Home Care. Nothing will change with our excellent service of care with the same great caregivers! The name Talem is Latin and means “to empower”, as we want to have happen with all of our clients, to empower them!
We here at Talem would like to congratulate our Scheduler, Shawnie Fraiser for hitting her 90 days with the company! Go Shawnie! Without employees like you, we wouldn’t have the company we do! Thank you for all you do! Here’s to another 90 days and more!
We would also like to congratulate our Administrator Curtis Padilla, for hitting his 1 year with the company, as of the beginning of January! Yee-Haw! One year! Once again without employees like Curtis, we wouldn’t be the company we are without him. Thank you for all you do! Here is to many more years!
We are all very excited to announce the use of our new Scheduling and Telephony software that we have just recently rolled out, here in the month of January. The software will replace our older outdated software and will allow caregivers to now clock-in/out with the use of their smart phones, via GPS through the software’s website. The caregivers can also have the clients sign off on their scheduled shifts and tasks, by using their finger to sign electronically. If that is not an option, then caregivers can still continue to use the proven method of telephony, of calling in with the client’s phone, to clock-in/out and verifying tasks were completed by selecting options on the phone keypad.
